A great big thank you!

To everyone who took part in our Midsummer Festival

It was a wonderful success. Everyone involved seemed to thouroughly enjoy themselves. We also managed to donate £200 to the St Peter's Church Organ Restoration Fund.

Coming up in October 2009...

We are planning to hold another fair on Saturday 17th October.

We chose this date because it is the anniversary of James Stanley's execution, which took place on Churchgate in October 1651.

We will of course be performing the re-enactment play (weather willing!!) plus there will be other street entertainment, live music and food & drink.
